This is a great site for learning Photoshop techniques and website construction. It's easy to navigate and has tutorials that are easy to follow. This is one of the few sites I've seen belonging to a designer who is also a Photoshop and Web Design teacher (a great teacher, I know I've taken several courses with him). If you're interested in learning a thing or two this is a great place to start.

Visit this site to see some of the coolest web design around. To have some fun and to learn some great effects go to this site. Doc Ozone is truly the master of his domain.
